SUPERDESI A2 SMOKED GHEE ,made out of pure Desi Cow ‘s A2 milk with the nutrient-preserving INDIAN traditional ‘Bilona Churning Process’ is superior in quality and nutrition contents, compared to ordinary ghee . A2 milk has optimum levels of OMEGA 3 and OMEGA 6 fatty-acids, which are beneficial for complete body and mind. During the heating process of making the ghee ,only raw forest wood is used with HIMALAYAN foothill herbs ,which gives it the unique smoked flavour. Prepared with the age-old traditional VEDIC BILLONA process.
In order to prepare 1 litre of A2 ghee, 30 litres of DESI A2 cow milk is boiled and set for curdling. The curd is then churned bi-directionally at a controlled speed to yield the butter. The butter is then slowly heated IN QUALITY WOOD FIRE in EARTHEN containers to obtain PURE A2 GHEE.
This process doesn’t involve the addition of chemicals/preservatives and the ghee is prepared in small batches in our village named KALYANPUR in DEHRADUN. SUPERDESI A2 ghee is full of the miraculous SCFAs (short-chain fatty acids) that help mobilise the stubborn fat stored in our bodies. The presence of butyric acid helps in maintaining good gut bacteria which in turn improves digestion. It helps in assimilation of proteins and nutrients especially the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K.
