Kadhi chawal is a popular dish originating from South Asia. Kadhi is prepared by mixing Curd, Besan and different spices. It is served with boiled rice and is very popular in Northern and Western States of India. At our cook house ,It is made with pure A2 Cow’s butter milk of our farm served with Dehradun’s famous rice ,simply superb taste!
